I avoided heavy late night meals that will (more often than not) make your blood rich, thick, and stagnant during the night. You might wake up feeling tired and groggy the morning after eating a heavy meal.
The rich blood and sluggish circulation from your late night meals can cause a build up of mucus and fluid in the lungs.
