Meditation is about focusing your thoughts on being aware of what you’re feeling and sensing. Practicing meditation and mindfulness can reduce stress and boost cognition. Try this 5 minute routine today.


Go with the flow low & slow with chair if you nned it-practice your breathing

Take some deep breaths focus harness them you can do these seated as well if so slide forward in your chair standing like shouder width apart start doing circles with your arms hugging good intention good energuy flow back into your heart practice feeling that flow into your body 5 times  tke a quick rest hydrate breath
